• All Bushtec Safari standard tent designs have three to five layers of roofing.
• This includes a shade net fly sheet for UV protection and preserves the integrity of the tent.
• The next layer is a PVC flysheet, which is for waterproofing and insulation. The third layer is the roof of the tent body, made from a 550 GSM ripstop canvas, a waterproof, fire retardant, and rot and mildew resistant material.
• The tents include an interior ceiling liner, which is largely aesthetic, but adds a level of insulation.
• Our roof frame is made of 44mm powder coated mild steel. There is the option to add curtains, a thermal ceiling, and clear PVC window overlays.
• The tents come with square tubing to fix the tent body to the ground plus body poles, webbing straps, and ratchets.
• Lastly, you have the option of steel uprights or wooden posts and a ring beam structure.
