Custom Designs

If you can imagine it, we can create it

Turning your vision into an achievable luxury escape

Collaborative approach

Every design we create has its own unique character. We will work closely with you or your architect on a design that meets your dreams. If it can be done, we will do it. Your luxury lodge, chalet, villa, Glamping resort or camp can be anything you would like it to be, to enhance its surroundings and remain true to your vision. We can provide a full turnkey solution or liaise with your architect or contractor to create your idea by making modifications to one of our standard designs or designing your own tent entirely.

Our design process

After discussing your vision with you, if required, we can conduct a site visit to assess what will or won’t be possible – or practical – and make recommendations to meet your needs. Our team of designers will then begin drawing up your design. Once the design is ready for review, we will send it your way and work with you on any changes. Upon order confirmation, we begin sourcing materials and the manufacturing process. The next phase is the preparation of the site and finally the installation of the tent. This process will vary according to our clients’ needs and the property itself.

Potential accommodation solutions

Whatever your requirement, we can design and create it. From a reception venue to a clubhouse, bars to outdoor pool areas, lounge and dining areas, private chalets with en-suite bathrooms, villas, boardrooms, libraries, kitchens, spas and more, no request is too big or too small. We take glamping to another level.

Choose your canvas color

From traditional olive green or sand, to one of our specialty colors such as ivory, grey or brown, we provide a variety of colors to match your requirements. Or let us know what color you would like and we will see what we can do. Note however that specialty colors will be subject to minimum quantities.

Heating and cooling

High ceilings, a double roof structure, insulated canvas, and large windows and doors promote a positive airflow through all of our tents. Air conditioners can be added for further cooling. When it’s warmth you need, electric or propaine heaters, fireplaces, hard wooden doors and windows, a durable canvas body and block out material to insulate the tent are all ideal options to cope with the cooler conditions. These add to the luxury of your accommodation, for glamping in style.

Long-term durability

No matter where your tent or camp will be located – be it on water, rocks, desert sand, a grassy plain, tropical beach, ice field or in dense forest – we will ensure it is built to last.

The ripstop canvas is treated to be fire retardant, UV resistant, rot proof and waterproof. We use only premium components and industrial-strength zippers. We also provide essential maintenance training to extend the lifespan of the tent.
